Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction Towards Housing Loan Processing With Special Reference To Nbfcs In Bangalore



Home has become necessity to live and survive for everyone, therefore, numerous players in market such as banking and non-banking institutions are assisting people to buy their dream houses. Due to availability of many players in the market, the intense competition forces the marketers to come up with exciting and appealing offers and best services to survive in the market. Marketers are trying their best to attract the customers and work on reducing the hidden costs, interest rates and maximizing profits so that they can have strong hold over their customers. The factors influencing customers satisfaction level are identified with the help of factor analysis by using SERVQUAL model. The factors are extracted and thereafter, regression analysis is applied to know the highest influencing factor for determining the customers satisfaction towards Housing loan processing methods and schemes of NBFCs in Bangalore. Further, the administrations of NBFCs are found to be vastly improved with the adoption of innovative technologies to reduce the hazels of clients by time and cost. NBFCs are playing a major role in achieving the dream of owning a home.
