Analyzing And Strengthening The Efficiency Of Institutional Management Processes Through Surveying The Opinions Of The Stakeholders

Abstract
International universities conducted surveys aimed at studying the opinions of their stakeholders regarding the institutional management processes, in order to develop their programs and services with the aim of increasing their intake of international students. The aim of this paper is to examine the effectiveness and the quality of institutional management processes, the level of providing the services by Higher Education Institutions to stakeholders . The paper studied the opinions of 4543 stakeholders (students and academic staff) in the University of Nizwa of the institutional services through several dimensions and 172 indicators. Several research questions and hypotheses on engagement/ satisfaction/ management services were studied by means of questionnaires, and a comprehensive statistical analysis was developed. The processes of data collection and analyses are developed. The analysis reveals valuable insight into the level and quality of the services, the satisfaction levels of academic staff and students; and the relationship between them, and shows that the levels of achieving most of the indicators are good. The participants in this paper gives valuable, and effective and positive opinions on the institutional management processes which will enhance the institution's reputation, reinforcing the institutional services quality and improving the performance of academic staff and students.
